August, Phase 1: Prepare the creative container of YOU.

Minimum time needed: 30 minutes.

Its possible you’ll go deeper, for that you decide how long to dedicate, but at least give yourself 30 min...

A Ritual to begin

// Step 1: Find a quiet space.

Optional: Find a candle and lighter, and bring that with you to your quiet space.

// Step 2: Take ten slow deep breaths.

Feel how each breath softens your body.

// Step 3: Set an intention for this time. If you have a candle, light it as you say your intention.

If you’d like a suggestion.. consider committing to enter a space of presence, self love, no judgement and play.

First things first.

The first creative container we want to invite you to invest in, is yourself.

“Alice: Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?

Sometimes, to look outwards, we need to look inwards first.

You know the WHO You'll learn the WHAT.

So let's start with the WHY, shouldn't we, butterfly?

Light up some candles, play some music and fire up your creative spirit.

Ritual Closing

Once you have completed your creative exploration,

Come back to center.

Come back to silence.

Come back to your breath. Place one hand on your heart, place another hand somewhere else on your body that needs love.

Thank yourself for this gift you have given yourself of time to lean in.

If you have a candle burning thank the fires of transmutation as you blow it out in gratitude.

Thank you for creatively exploring your WHY.
