The International Day of Peace (IDOP) was established by the United Nations in 1981, and is observed annually on 9/21. This year's theme is “Shaping Peace Together” to create solidarity and cooperation across borders, sectors, and generations through compassion, kindness, and hope in the face of a global pandemic.
By sharing this belief and recognizing the occasion, we can accelerate a planetary realization that we are one species and collectively transcend our differences to work towards a peaceful, resilient, and prosperous future.

The Peace Accelerator and Presence has invited the Design Science Studio to join their celebration by hosting experiences that explore the transformative power of peace through dialogue, music, meditations, movement, art, prayer, ceremony, ritual, and more.
